Waste of time

Contacted Albion to replace missing tile. Told that someone would come out that day. Nobody came. Contacted them next day to find out why. Told that someone would come out at 4:30. Nobody came. A total waste of 2 sfternoons. Don't touch.

Good professional job

Contacted Albion Roofing regarding removing a broken and inconvenient house martin nest and getting some artificial ones fitted to replace it but in a more convent location. William responded quickly, we discussed what I was looking for and agreed the details and cost. The guys who turned up were friendly and professional and got the job done.
