I deal in developing properties and bought and extremely dowdy, though structurally sound property. It looked to be in very poor shape to the untrained eye as both the roof and two of the external walls were badly stained by moss and algae. I can hardly believe the transformation myself. Now that they have been cleaned and sealed the house looks almost new!
