Drain Maintenance in London & Hertfordshire

For drainage systems that require routine attention, Drain 365 provide scheduled maintenance service programmes. Our drainage engineers will work with clients to determine what type of service is required as well as the service intervals appropriate for maintaining the optimal performance of your drainage system.

Sanitary lines that are subject to fouling from heavy use or debris build-up (roots, grease, etc.) are cleaned at regular intervals to maintain proper performance. This reduces the possibility of effluent backup and the subsequent need for emergency service work.

Our drain maintenance is available in London, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our commitment to providing drainage maintenance throughout the day, night and early hours ensures your business has little to no disruption from service.

How often should I schedule service?
Our drainage engineer can help you establish the appropriate schedule for your preventative drain maintenance. The drainage engineer will take into consideration the history of the drainage system and its issues, along with observations of its current and future usage, to provide a scheduled maintenance plan for your drains.

Are there other options?
Yes, there are two basic options. The first is to repair/replace the pipe. How cost effective this option is depends on many factors. You may wish to consult a qualified plumber to determine if this option is best for you. The second option is to ignore the problem until the system backs up again. This, of course, doesn’t make much sense because of the inconvenience and extra cost of emergency service calls.

Are preventative maintenance calls less expensive than emergency service calls?
Preventative maintenance service calls are generally offered at a reduced rate because of the advantages afforded by being able to plan and schedule staff and equipment. Emergency service calls are usually made when the problem has already occurred which, in itself, will entail more work than preventing an issue. Also, depending on the time of the day in which our drainage engineers are called out, may result in a higher fee.
