About the Founder

Founder Philip Hayward started working in the construction industry when he was just 16.

Between the ages of 16 and 18, Philip worked in the building trade in Spain, gaining valuable experience across a variety of projects. By the time he returned to the UK, he knew he had found his vocation. Building project since a young age has gained him a vast amount of building experience, knowledge he can bring to any project.

 

In the early 1990’s helped Robin Knowles build London Basement Company first 3 basement conversions.
