Prices are given on an hourly basis rather than per job with a ONE HOUR MINIMUM CHARGE (conditions apply). This way we can repair or install multiple things for you as well as keeping your costs to a minimum.
For larger jobs an estimate can be provided, simply contact us and we will arrange a suitable time to visit.
Our handyman has all his own tools but you must purchase any additional materials needed.

Working: 08.00 to 18.00
Saturday: by appointment only
Handyman: £60.00 1st hour then £25.00 for each half hour thereafter.
Plumbing: £70.00 1st hour then £30.00 for each half hour thereafter.
Electrical: £70.00 1st hour then £30.00 for each half hour thereafter.
Carpentry: Please contact us for a free estimation or additional information.

A surcharge of 50% will be added to the standard rate charged
All prices are for labour only plus VAT.
NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.
Any materials purchased by us will be subject to a 25% surcharge to cover our time sourcing and collecting.
Payment
We accept debit and credit cards and BACS bank transfer, which can be paid in advance or in person on completion of work
We do not accept cash payments or cheques – unless agreed in advance
Businesses open a credit account payable in 14 days Please contact us to open an account.
Cancellation
Handyman Plus operates a 24-hr cancellation policy. If you have to cancel your job for any reason 24 hours notice must be given. If we do not receive 24 hours notice or we cannot gain access to a property our minimum cost of £60+ vat will be charged.
