Our 24 Hour Emergency Service

We offer a dedicated emergency service provided by Just Call which can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

Upon dialing the number, you will be asked to leave details of the location, a contact number and details of the problem. Within ten minutes an experienced operator will return the call and will do one of the following:

• Discuss rectification on a temporary or permanent basis over the phone to the caller
• Arrange for Just Call to attend site to assist or further assess the situation
• Arrange for an outside contractor nominated by ourselves to attend
• Advise the caller that their enquiry can wait until Foxes are open if it is agreed that the matter is not considered an emergency.

Just Call are experienced in analysing whether the work involved is the lessees responsibility being part of the demised premises or whether the Landlord or Management Company is responsible whereupon there will be a charge against the service charge account.
