The Engineer had to take the door off my kitchen cupboard to access the boiler to service it. This was not a problem for him and he put the door back without any fuss. I have had other engineers who have moaned about having to do this with comments like "I'm not a kitchen fitter". The engineer was extremely polite, pleasant and knowledgeable and carried out the service in an efficient and tidy manner. I would have no hesitation in having my boiler serviced again by this engineer.

Arrived punctually and was a very professional, friendly guy.

The service engineer went above and beyond what he had to do for the service by sorting out a problem with a radiator and checking our water tank in the loft.

Company have been very professional by ringing me before the allocated time and I had the engineer turn up the following day! Very quick turnaround and very impressed with the quality of service and advice given.
