Can I get a free quote?
Of course! Most of our business comes from clients who decide to proceed after getting a quote. Just get in touch – we’re happy to help.
Where are you based and which areas do you cover?
We work mainly in London and the Home Counties. Our registered office is in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and our head office in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.
How much does exterior wall coating cost? Do you charge per square metre?
As houses come in different styles and may need all kinds of surface repairs (sometimes requiring scaffolding) the cost of ‘making good’ varies a lot. So we always assess each case individually. Just give us a call to arrange a no-obligation quote.
Do you just renovate and spray walls?
Not just walls – we also restore and weatherproof roofs.
What is render?
Render is the first coat of plaster (often cement mixed with sand) applied to a brick or stone surface.
Is there an ideal time of year or weather condition for applying wall coatings? How does the application method work?
Most of our micro porous (breathable) coating systems can be applied to dry or damp surfaces all year round. Find out How We Do It.
Can I choose which finish and colour I want?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on offering a wide choice of coatings, from smooth Proflex through to our coarse texture Classic 21, in a range of colours.
Does your work come with a guarantee?
Our wall coating systems have a 25-year labour and materials guarantee against chipping, flaking, peeling and cracking. Roof coatings have a 15-year guarantee and both are available with the option of an insurance-back guarantee.
Can I see any previous properties you have worked on?
Yes, you can browse our case studies and gallery of previous projects, or we can arrange viewings of completed work and even put you in touch with previous customers.
Do you take on commercial contacts?
We have a dedicated department for commercial projects including local councils, schools, hotels, offices and private flats.
Do you have full Public Liability Insurance?
We can supply copies of our liability insurance certification on request.
Are you a franchise?
No, we’ve been an independently owned family-run business since 7th July 1999.
Do you belong to any trade associations?
Since 2007 we’ve been members of government-endorsed The Trust Mark, one of the largest trade associations in the UK.
