“Reliable firm. Rang at 2.30pm today and was informed that the team would arrive about 5.30pm. In fact a guy named Paul arrived at about 5.10pm. Explained everything about Wasps and then donned his protectective suit and headgear and got on with the job. Everything seems quiet at the moment and Paul stated to leave the nest for at least 24hrs. Any problems to ring him back. The wasp nest was in fact embedded in the earth in our garden. Totally happy with this firm, reliable and know what they are doing. £75 I paid and it was well worth it. Thoroughly recommend them.”
